How to register?
1. Register: On the course application form, simply select “Yes. I do need dormitory accommodation.” We will contact you rеgarding available types of accommodation.
2. Pay the required accommodation payment: The accommodation confirmation letter for the whole course period is issued in the case the student pays:
a) two or three-month fee (depends on the specific type of accommodation, in some cases the payment of a deposit is required),
b) non-refundable registration fee for accommodation – 150 euros.
The price of accommodation will be stated in the invoice together with the price of your chosen course. Invoice for the payment will be issued in EURO. It is possible to issue an invoice for payments in USD or CZK, if necessary. The amount must be paid in full (accommodation + registration fee), preferably together with the payment for the course. Do not forget to state the variable symbol (or write the variable symbol in the note for receiver), your first name and last name, and purpose of the payment.
3. Get necessary documents: Upon successful receipt of money at 4LNguage account, we will e-mail you a confirmation of payment for the course and an accommodation payment. Within ten working days, we will send you an official acceptance letter and an accommodation confirmation letter. Delivery cost is included in the course price.
Capacity of dormitory accommodation is limited. Due to organization reasons please note that if you have checked into the dormitory, you are required to continue paying for your accommodation until the end of June.
